Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AtlantaVPS.com services operated by QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited. By ordering or using any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The terms "QuadSpark IT Solutions Private Limited", "Host4Fun", "AtlantaVPS.com", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the owner of this website.

AtlantaVPS.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Atlanta VPS Plans & Pricing

AtlantaVPS.com offers the following Atlanta VPS plans on AMD Ryzen 9950X, DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSD, and 10Gbps network in Atlanta, Georgia:

All plans include full KVM virtualization, VNC console, one-click OS reinstall, and Atlanta, Georgia data center location. Add-ons: 1GB DDR5 RAM $3/mo, 30GB NVMe $3/mo, 1TB bandwidth $3/mo, dedicated IP $36/yr.

4. Data Backup

AtlantaVPS.com does not provide automatic data backup by default. Backup services are available as a paid add-on and are performed manually. Once a VPS or web hosting service is terminated, data recovery is not possible. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

7. Network Routing & Connectivity

Network connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific network routes, latency, throughput, or performance to any geographic location. Routing paths are determined by upstream carriers and internet conditions outside our control. Optimal routing between your ISP and our Atlanta network is not guaranteed. Performance issues caused by your ISP, intermediary networks, regional congestion, or government-imposed restrictions shall not be considered a service fault or outage.

We offer a 24-hour refund window only for Shared Web Hosting and VPS with a valid reason. Any approved refund is subject to 25%–30% deployment/payment fees plus non-refundable transaction charges.

If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed level, you may request service credits within 7 days of the reported downtime.

Service credits are not applied automatically. A request must be submitted within 7 days of reported downtime.

12. Bandwidth Policy

If allocated bandwidth is exhausted before the end of the billing cycle, service may be throttled or suspended until the next billing cycle. Additional bandwidth can be purchased at $3/month per 1TB. Peachtree includes 2TB, Piedmont 4TB, Buckhead 8TB, Midtown 16TB per month.

13. DMCA & Copyright

Upon receipt of any DMCA or copyright complaint, it will be forwarded to you. You must immediately remove the infringing content or your service will be terminated.

14. Manual Verification

Accounts subject to manual verification must provide requested documents. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in service termination and may incur service charges.

15. Support

Support is not available 24/7. Tickets are typically answered within one working day (usually within 1–4 hours). We do not provide system administration, security configuration, or software installation support. All VPS services are unmanaged.

If you violate these Terms of Service, AtlantaVPS.com may take any action deemed appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, blocking access, contacting your ISP, or initiating legal proceedings.

All content on this website is provided for general information and use only and is subject to change without notice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of any information provided. Your use of any information or materials is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from declined transactions due to card limits or authorization failures.
